Our Constant Efforts

Technology is rapidly evolving and in such a scenario it is difficult for maintenance engineers to keep abreast with the changes. However it is critical that they source and install an equivalent which matches with the original perfectly, or else they face the tougher, more time consuming option of manufacturing the adaptor manifolds.

We collate and study the complete information on existing systems and also furnish additional information on system modifications required. Though this may be a lengthy process, our experience proves that this invariably results in a perfect adoption of equivalent components and ultimately a minimum failure rate.


Application Engineering

Slimline has been providing this service which involves designing hydraulic circuits, preparing the bill of material, preparing the solenoid energization charts, providing a system assembly drawing, preparing the hydraulic system manual with maintenance schedules complete with details of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance. Modern 3D design tools have helped us eliminate design errors and reduce the overall design time of Power Units.


Technical Distribution

Slimline is an authorized distributor of major international and national brands like Sauer Danfoss, ATOS Valves and Pumps, Water Hydraulics Co. Ltd, Comatrol, Scanwill, Dynamatic (DOWTY pumps), Walvoil Mobile Controls, Polyhydron group. While majority of the components are available ex-stock, they can be delivered with a minimum lead time.


Testing and Servicing Facility



Maintenance Test Bench


A test bench at our premises takes care of repairs and maintenance of used components. The general practice in the industry is that after replacement of spares, valves are generally returned to the user without testing. The user learns about the performance only after reinstalling the component on the actual system. This procedure wastes a lot of time. Slimline’s standard procedure ensures that a component is never returned to the user unless it is tested at working parameters. Consequently the customer is confident and can plan the exact time and date for re-starting the machine. Such testing, at a nominal charge, dramatically reduces down time costs. A test certificate is also provided.
